Nuvro has an internal messaging system called the Inbox which allows open communication with anyone in your company.


It essentially replaces email among everyone in your Nuvro account. You can send out announcements to everyone, or to only a select few, and team members can message each other directly. This is an ideal way to communicate outside of projects, tasks or documents which each have their own specific discussion areas.


To send a message simply click on Inbox in the sidebar and write your message and choose who to send it to. Upon sending every person you sent it to will get an alert, both via email and in Nuvro next to their avatar. When someone replies (comments) to your message you will get an email notification and an alert as well.
